What the Retreat is about.
A week-long intensive built around the 4P Framework โ the architecture of your next chapter.
The Retreat is architectural. We step back and look at the whole picture of your next chapter โ what you are building, who it is for, and how all of its parts fit together as one coherent vision.
This is less about how do I set this up and more about what is this thing I am building, and how does it all work as a whole. Whether you are launching a business, leading a major work initiative, redesigning your career, writing the book, or starting something you have not named yet โ we look at the structure underneath it.
It is built around my 4P Framework โ the lens I have used for twenty-five years to make sense of complex systems and the women navigating them.

The Vision Session
A 60-minute private session with Nicole, scheduled in the weeks before you arrive in Belize. The purpose is to name what you are bringing into the room โ the project, the question, the part of your next chapter you want the Retreat to address. By the end, you have clarity on your focus, and Nicole knows how to hold you when you walk through the door.
Five Days in San Pedro
Five full days of programming in Belize. Day One is the cohort's think tank โ every woman presents her project to the room, and the work begins. Days Two through Five move from architecture to execution โ the 4P Framework applied to your specific work, with daily teaching, breakout coaching, and quiet space to write, build, and witness.
The Integration Session
A 60-minute private session with Nicole, scheduled about two weeks after you fly home. The purpose is to translate what surfaced in Belize into concrete next moves โ what to build first, what to let go of, what kind of support (if any) you want next.

A note from Nicole.
I spent twenty-five years inside institutions โ as a professor, a division head, a university vice president. I know what it is to lead something you did not build, in a place that does not quite fit anymore.
Two years ago I moved to Belize and built Vision + Impact for the women I kept meeting along the way โ accomplished, capable, and quietly carrying a next chapter they had not yet said out loud.
The Retreat is what I would have wanted when I was at the threshold. Five days. A small room of women. A framework that holds. And a place that knows how to hold all of it. That is what I am offering you.

What's included in the $3,500?
- Pre-Retreat: The Vision Session โ 60-min private session before you arrive
- The Retreat: Five full days of programming in San Pedro, Belize
- The Framework: The 4P Framework, applied to your specific work
- Daily lunch: Provided each day of the Retreat, served family-style with the cohort
- The Cohort: Membership and post-retreat community access
- Post-Retreat: The Integration Session โ 60-min private session after you return
What is NOT included?
Your accommodations, breakfast, dinner, and travel to Belize are not included in the Retreat investment. (Daily lunch is provided.) You choose your own hotel, your own breakfast and dinner spots, and your own pace outside of programming hours. Once confirmed, you'll receive a curated guide of recommended hotels, restaurants, and experiences in San Pedro so you can plan your stay with ease.
What does a day look like?
Programming runs daily from morning through late afternoon, with breaks built in for rest and integration. Evenings are yours โ to explore the island, share dinner with the cohort, or simply be quiet. The pace is intentional. You will not be managed here. You will be given space to think.
Can I bring my family or partner?
You're welcome to bring family or a partner with you to Belize โ many women turn the Retreat into a longer trip with loved ones before or after. However, the Retreat programming is for cohort members only. If you bring young children, please make arrangements or bring an additional adult to care for them. Children are not permitted in V+I events.
What if I need to cancel?
- More than 90 days before the Retreat: 100% of balance refundable
- 60โ89 days before the Retreat: 75% of balance refundable
- 30โ59 days before the Retreat: 50% of balance refundable
- Within 30 days of the Retreat: 25% of balance refundable
Dr. Nicole R. Robinson is a former university vice president who left academia to architect her own next chapter. She built Cultural Connections by Design into a multiple six-figure consulting company before launching Vision + Impact in 2024. A 25-year educator and curriculum specialist, she now lives in San Pedro, Belize and helps accomplished women design what comes next.
