What the Retreat is about.
A week-long intensive that gives you the architecture of your next chapter β and the document to build it from.
The Retreat is architectural. We step back and look at the whole picture of your next chapter β what you are building, who it is for, and how all of its parts fit together as one coherent vision.
The project you bring is yours to choose. For some women it is launching a business. For others it is leading a major institutional or corporate initiative β a new program, a strategic pivot, a system being designed. For others it is a book, a podcast, a creative venture, or a complete redesign of how their work fits into their life. The framework holds all of it. What we do together is the structure underneath.
Who your next chapter serves β starting with you. Who you are becoming. Who is in the room and who is not.
The space your next chapter occupies β in the market, in your life, in your own identity.
How your next chapter actually moves. Systems, software, marketing, the operational architecture.
Where your authority lives in your next chapter. How you hold it. How you let it be seen.
The Curriculum.
If the 4P Frameworkβ’ is the foundation, what gets built on it are the four walls of every venture β whether you are launching a business, designing an institutional or corporate initiative, or building something else entirely. You leave the Retreat with all four walls drawn, defined, and bound into one operating document.

The financial architecture of what you are building. Your revenue model or budget structure, costs, cash flow, and the sustainability decisions that hold it together.

Day One is the cohort's think tank. Days Two through Five build the four walls β one per day β culminating in cohort presentations.

A 60-minute private session about two weeks after you return β to translate the work into concrete next moves.

A note from Nicole.
I spent twenty-five years inside institutions β as a professor, a division head, a university vice president. I know what it is to lead something you did not build, in a place that does not quite fit anymore.
Two years ago I moved to Belize and built Vision + Impact for the women I kept meeting along the way β accomplished, capable, and quietly carrying a next chapter they had not yet said out loud.
The Retreat is what I would have wanted when I was at the threshold. Five days. A small room of women. A framework that holds. And a place that knows how to hold all of it. That is what I am offering you.

What's included in the $3,500?
- Pre-Retreat: The Vision Session β 60-min private session before you arrive
- The Retreat: Five full days of programming in San Pedro, Belize
- The Framework: The 4P Frameworkβ’, applied to your specific work
- Daily lunch: Provided each day of the Retreat, served family-style with the cohort
- The Cohort: Membership and post-retreat community access
- Post-Retreat: The Integration Session β 60-min private session after you return
What is NOT included?
Your accommodations, breakfast, dinner, and travel to Belize are not included in the Retreat investment. (Daily lunch is provided.) You choose your own hotel, your own breakfast and dinner spots, and your own pace outside of programming hours. Once confirmed, you'll receive a curated guide of recommended hotels, restaurants, and experiences in San Pedro so you can plan your stay with ease.
Can I bring my family or partner?
You're welcome to bring family or a partner with you to Belize β many women turn the Retreat into a longer trip with loved ones before or after. However, the Retreat programming is for cohort members only. If you bring young children, please make arrangements or bring an additional adult to care for them. Children are not permitted in V+I events.
What if I need to cancel?
- More than 90 days before the Retreat: 100% of balance refundable
- 60β89 days before the Retreat: 75% of balance refundable
- 30β59 days before the Retreat: 50% of balance refundable
- Within 30 days of the Retreat: 25% of balance refundable

All 2026-2027 cohorts are offered at beta pricing β the inaugural year of the new multi-faculty Retreat format. Standard pricing begins with the 2027-2028 calendar.
Programming runs Monday through Friday. Women arrive Sunday and depart Saturday.

Dr. Nicole R. Robinson is a former university vice president who left academia to architect her own next chapter. She built Cultural Connections by Design into a multiple six-figure consulting company before launching Vision + Impact in 2024. A 25-year educator and curriculum specialist, she now lives in San Pedro, Belize and helps accomplished women design what comes next.
