The Circle™ — Vision + Impact
A Free Weekly Gathering From Vision + Impact

The Circle

A free weekly room for women in motion — where the work begins by being named out loud.

Once a week, on Thursday evenings at 7pm Eastern, a small group of accomplished women gather in a private room. We sit with what's surfacing. We share what's been waiting to be named. We leave clearer than we came.

There is no curriculum to keep up with. No assignments. No requirement to come every week. The Circle is a practice, not a course.

Some women arrive having done The Whisper Bio retreat, carrying revelations they're ready to speak out loud. Others arrive curious, with no introduction at all. Both belong.

The Circle™ — a free weekly gathering for women in motion
What it is

A practice, not a course.

The Circle is a free, ongoing room. It is not a webinar series. It is not a workshop. It is not a free taste of something paid.

It is one hour, every Thursday, where women who have been carrying something quietly come to speak it out loud — sometimes for the first time. Some weeks the conversation moves around what's surfacing in the room. Other weeks women bring revelations from The Whisper Bio retreat, or whatever season they're walking through. There is space for all of it.

You will not be put on the spot. You will not be asked to perform. You can come every week or you can come once a season. The Circle exists because Dr. Nicole built it as a practice she keeps — and the room turned out to be one other women needed too.

This is the room where the work begins by being named out loud.

The Hour

How a Thursday moves.

One hour, structured loosely on purpose. The shape is steady, the conversation is live.

First

An opening reflection.

Dr. Nicole begins with a short reflection — sometimes around the month's theme, sometimes around what feels alive in the moment. Five to ten minutes. A doorway in.

Then

Conversation in the room.

Honest exchange. Women share what's surfacing — Whisper Bio revelations, what's stuck, what's clearing, what's asking for attention. No pressure to speak. Plenty of room if you do.

Finally

A close.

We name what we're taking with us. Sometimes that's clarity. Sometimes that's a question worth sitting with another week. The room closes; the practice continues in your life.

If you recognize yourself

The Circle is for the woman who —

Has been carrying something quietly for a while now and is ready to speak it out loud — even just once, even just here.

Did The Whisper Bio retreat and is still sitting with what surfaced.

Has never done any of this work before, and wants a room to start in.

Wants honest conversation with other accomplished women — without a curriculum, without a price point, without a commitment.

Knows that some things only become real when they're named in the company of women who understand.

You don't have to come every Thursday. You only have to come the Thursday it matters.

From the host
Dr. Nicole R. Robinson

A note from Dr. Nicole.

I built The Circle because I missed it.

For years — first as a professor, then as a vice president, then as the founder of Vision + Impact — I sat in rooms with accomplished women whose voices kept dropping. Mid-sentence. Mid-meeting. Mid-life. Always at the moment they were about to say the thing they had been carrying alone.

What I noticed is that the moment they spoke it out loud — to someone who had time, who wasn't going to fix it, who simply heard them — something shifted. Not always neatly. Not always in one conversation. But something began to move.

I wanted that room. So I built it.

The Circle is free because the room itself is the practice. There is no funnel underneath it, no upgrade waiting. Some women come for years and never spend a dollar with Vision + Impact, and that's exactly right. The work of being heard is its own work.

If you've been carrying something quietly and are ready for a room — this is it.

With warmth,
Dr. Nicole

Questions

Before you register.

Is this really free? +

Yes. The Circle is free, ongoing, and not a free trial of anything paid. Register once and the room is yours every Thursday. There's no upgrade you'll be pushed toward. The Circle is its own practice.

Some women in The Circle eventually choose to do paid work with Vision + Impact; many never do. Both are right.

Do I have to come every week? +

No. The Circle is drop-in. Come when the week calls for it. Some women come every Thursday for years; some come once a month; some come once and find what they needed in a single hour. There's no attendance you're tracking against.

Do I have to speak? +

Never. You can listen for as many Thursdays as you need before you say a word. Many women do exactly that. The Circle holds space for women who are ready to speak and women who are still listening.

Do I need to have done The Whisper Bio first? +

No. Some women in The Circle have done The Whisper Bio retreat and bring revelations from it into the room. Others have not, and arrive curious. Both belong, and the conversation makes space for both.

What's the difference between The Circle and Reclaiming HER Studio? +

The Circle is a free weekly hour on Thursdays — a room for reflection and honest conversation. Reclaiming HER Studio is a paid monthly container ($97/month) with two live Wednesdays — one teaching, one implementation — plus the Collective and a monthly journal. They share the same monthly rhythm but do different work. Many women are in both.

How do I join on Thursdays? +

Once you register, you'll receive access to the private community space inside Vision + Impact. The Thursday meeting is held inside that community. You'll get the link, reminders, and a simple way to drop in.

Some things only become real when they're named.
