the Retreat

A five-day retreat in San Pedro, Belize for women architecting their next chapter. Cohort 4 (August 2026) is capped at ten women and built around the 4P Framework.

What's included:

• 60-minute private Vision Session before you arrive
• Five full days of in-person programming with the cohort
• The 4P Framework, applied to your specific work
• Daily lunch, served family-style with the cohort
• Ongoing community access
• 60-minute private Integration Session after you return home

Not included: Travel, accommodations, breakfast, and dinner. A curated guide of recommended hotels and restaurants is provided upon confirmation.
