Stay connected to Vision + Impact. Use this page to restore permission to receive our emails or to request that your account be moved to a different email address.

I am not receiving Vision + Impact emails

Use these instructions when your email address is correct, but you are not receiving Circleā„¢ reminders, program updates, newsletters, or other Vision + Impact communications.

  1. Enter the same email address currently connected to your account.
  2. Leave the New email address field blank.
  3. Click Keep Me Connected.
  4. Open the confirmation email sent to your inbox.
  5. Click the confirmation link to complete the process.
Important: The confirmation step is required. If you do not click the link in the confirmation email, Kajabi may continue blocking Circleā„¢ reminders and other Vision + Impact emails.

I want to change my email address

Use these instructions when you want Vision + Impact communications and account information sent to a different inbox.

  1. Enter the email address currently connected to your account.
  2. Enter the new email address you would like us to use.
  3. Click Keep Me Connected.
  4. Check the new inbox for any confirmation email and complete that step.
  5. Our team will review your request and update your account.
