I built Reclaiming HER Studio™ because of something I kept hearing.
For more than twenty years in higher education — as a scholar, a professor, and ultimately a university vice president — I sat across from accomplished women who, somewhere in the conversation, would lower their voice. A woman would be telling me about her department, her research, her institutional role. And then, almost always, she would say something she had never quite said out loud: There is something else I have been carrying.
A business. A book. A complete redesign of the chapter ahead.
It happened too often to be a coincidence.
When I left higher education to launch my own next chapter, and later when I moved that chapter to Belize, the pattern followed me. Senior women with full lives and real credentials, carrying a quieter version of themselves underneath the public one. Most had never written it down. Some had never said it to anyone.
The Whisper Bio gave that quieter self three days to come into focus. The Circle™ gave her a weekly room to keep speaking. But I kept hearing the same thing from the women who came through both — "I want a place to actually do something with this. Not alone. Not in another giant course. Just a small, steady room."
That is what Reclaiming HER Studio™ is. Two live Wednesdays a month. A members-only thread that holds the work between sessions. A curriculum I'm shaping in response to what's alive in the room. Twelve themes that move you, slowly and deliberately, through the work of becoming the woman you've been quietly building.
It's small on purpose. It's a rhythm you can keep.
If you've been waiting for the right room to do this work in — this is it.
