Reclaiming HER Studio — Vision + Impact
Why This Work

Many women are not stuck because they lack vision.

They are stuck because the internal and emotional blocks are real. The doubt. The overthinking. The fear of being seen differently. The habit of putting everyone else first. The quiet disconnect from the part of themselves that knows exactly what is next.

Reclaiming HER Studio is a structured, supportive space to work through that — slowly, safely, and in community.

Each month, we move through one theme that shapes a woman's becoming — the ones that rarely get named out loud, and almost never get worked through with other women who understand.

A note on the curriculum

The themes are the spine. The room is responsive — what's alive in the women in front of me shapes what we work through that month.

The Yearly Arc

Twelve themes. One year of becoming.

The arc moves through four phases — naming what's underneath, working through what blocks you, claiming what's yours, and stepping into what's next. Stay for one month or twelve. Begin where you are.

Themes and order are subject to evolve in response to what the room needs.

Phase One: Naming — what's been quietly underneath.

June
Your Whisper — the work of saying it out loud, finally.
July
Your Possibility — what becomes thinkable when you let it.
August
Your Next Chapter — the shape of what's actually waiting.

Phase Two: Blocking — what you've been negotiating with.

September
Your Fears — what you've been negotiating with quietly.
October
Your Permission — the one no one else is going to give you.
November
Your Worthiness — the question underneath the question.

Phase Three: Becoming — stepping into what's been yours.

December
Your Authority — the room you belong in without apology.
January
Your Threshold — what you cross when you stop waiting.
February
Your Brilliance — the truth you've been understating.

Phase Four: Threshold — claiming the chapter that's yours.

March
Your Discernment — what's a yes, what's a no, and what's a maybe in disguise.
April
Your Legacy — what you want this chapter to leave behind.
May
Your Wanting — the one you've earned the right to name.
Inside Reclaiming HER Studio

How the month moves.

Every month follows the same four-week rhythm — two live Wednesdays, one peer-share week, and a closing video. A monthly journal threads through the whole arc.

  • Week One 01
    The Teaching
First Wednesday at 7pm ET. A live session where I teach the month's theme — the frame, the language, the questions worth sitting with. Recorded for members who can't be live.
    Live · 60 min
  • Week Two 02
    The Sharing
A peer-share week inside the Collective. Women post what's surfacing, what they're working on, what's getting in the way. You'll see the theme reflected in other women's lives — and find your own work mirrored back.
    Async · Member-led
  • Week Three 03
    The Implementation
Third Wednesday at 7pm ET. A live session where we put the teaching into practice — reflection, application, real conversation with other women in the work. This is where the theme lands in your life, not just your notebook.
    Live · 60 min
  • Week Four 04
    The Becoming
A week of integration. A short reflection from me on the woman this month asked you to become — what surfaced, what's worth carrying, and the threshold into what's next. The journal closes with the action items you'll take into the next month.
Threaded through every week

The Monthly Journal

Each month you receive a digital journal designed around the theme — pre-work for the Teaching, integration prompts for the peer-share week, an Implementation worksheet, and the action items that close the month. By the end of twelve months, members receive a printed annual compilation: a complete record of the year you became.

The Circle & Reclaiming HER Studio

Two rooms. Different work.

The Circle and Reclaiming HER Studio are companions, not a ladder. They share the same monthly rhythm, but they do different work — and many women are in both at once.

The Circle

A free weekly room.

One hour every Thursday at 7pm ET. Free, ongoing, conversation-based — a separate room from this one, where the work begins by being named out loud.

Reclaiming HER Studio

A room for practice.

A four-week monthly rhythm — two live Wednesdays for teaching and implementation, two workshop weeks for peer-share and integration, the Collective in between, and a monthly journal that anchors it all.

Who It's For

A room for the woman who's been doing this quietly for too long.

This is for you if...

  • You've been carrying something quietly for years and you're ready to start naming it out loud.
  • The Circle has given you language — and you want a place to actually do something with it.
  • You want structure and proximity, but not the price point or pace of 1:1 work.
  • You're done figuring it out alone in your head.
  • You want a small ongoing rhythm rather than another big course you don't finish.

This isn't for you if...

  • You're looking for a quick fix or a productivity sprint.
  • You want one-on-one strategic support — that's The Blueprint.
  • You're not ready to be in a room with other women doing this work.
  • You want a passive course you can binge — this is live, ongoing practice.

A note from Dr. Nicole

Why I built Reclaiming HER Studio.

I built Reclaiming HER Studio because of something I kept hearing.

For more than twenty years in higher education — as a scholar, a professor, and ultimately a university vice president — I sat across from accomplished women who, somewhere in the conversation, would lower their voice. A woman would be telling me about her department, her research, her institutional role. And then, almost always, she would say something she had never quite said out loud: There is something else I have been carrying.

A business. A book. A complete redesign of the chapter ahead.

It happened too often to be a coincidence.

When I left higher education to launch my own next chapter, and later when I moved that chapter to Belize, the pattern followed me. Senior women with full lives and real credentials, carrying a quieter version of themselves underneath the public one. Most had never written it down. Some had never said it to anyone.

The Whisper Bio gave that quieter self three days to come into focus. The Circle gave her a weekly room to keep speaking. But I kept hearing the same thing from the women who came through both — "I want a place to actually do something with this. Not alone. Not in another giant course. Just a small, steady room."

That is what Reclaiming HER Studio is. Two live Wednesdays a month. A members-only thread that holds the work between sessions. A curriculum I'm shaping in response to what's alive in the room. Twelve themes that move you, slowly and deliberately, through the work of becoming the woman you've been quietly building.

It's small on purpose. It's a rhythm you can keep.

If you've been waiting for the right room to do this work in — this is it.

Questions

The honest answers.

How is Reclaiming HER Studio different from The Circle?

The Circle is a free weekly hour on Thursdays — a room for reflection and honest conversation around the month's theme. Reclaiming HER Studio is a paid monthly container with two live Wednesdays — one teaching, one implementation — plus the Collective and a monthly journal. They share the same monthly rhythm but do different work. Many women are in both.

What if I can't attend a live session?

Both monthly sessions are recorded and held inside Reclaiming HER Studio for members. Attend live when you can; catch up on your own time when you can't.

Do I have to start with Your Whisper in June?

No. Begin in any month. The arc has an intentional order — moving from naming to becoming to threshold — but the door is open whenever you're ready. Join in June, November, or any month in between.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Reclaiming HER Studio is month-to-month. Stay for one month or twelve. No annual commitment, no cancellation friction.

Will the themes change?

The twelve themes are the structural arc for Year 1. Within each month, what we actually work through is responsive to what's alive in the room — so the spine is steady, but the conversation is live.

Is this the same as The Blueprint?

No. The Blueprint is an 8-week 1:1 strategic container at $2,500. Reclaiming HER Studio is an ongoing group container at $97/month. Many women move from Reclaiming HER Studio into The Blueprint when they're ready — but Reclaiming HER Studio works on its own.
