Lisa White

Development & Project Management Consulting Firm · Belize

Building Luxury. Creating Legacy.

Lisa is reimagining what development can be. Her philosophy brings together luxury living, global cultural influence, commercial success, and meaningful local impact into a single ecosystem.

More than creating exceptional homes in Belize, Lisa is building a model rooted in connection, heritage, and purpose. Inspired by the rich cultural traditions of Africa and Central America, she intentionally sources materials from both regions, weaving their craftsmanship and character into every residence.

Yet her vision extends far beyond architecture. For every luxury home built, a home will also be provided free of charge to a Belizean family in need. In this model, impact is not a charitable afterthought. It is embedded into the foundation of every project. For Lisa, purpose and profit are not opposing forces. They are designed to work together from the very beginning, creating developments that generate value for homeowners, strengthen local communities, and leave a lasting legacy for Belize.

PM4Kids™

Empowering Children. Shaping Futures.

Zenitta believes project management is more than a professional discipline. It is a life skill, and one that children should have access to long before they enter the workforce. At its core, PM4Kids™ is built on the belief that learning how to plan, organize, solve problems, navigate obstacles, and bring meaningful ideas to completion equips young people with tools that will serve them for a lifetime. These are skills that build confidence, creativity, resilience, and leadership in every area of life.

After decades of executive leadership and helping build successful organizations, teams, and initiatives, Zenitta is now channeling her experience into a vision uniquely her own. PM4Kids™ represents more than a program. It is a movement to prepare the next generation with practical skills, a growth mindset, and the confidence to turn ideas into action. Through this work, Zenitta is creating a lasting legacy by empowering children to see themselves not just as future professionals, but as capable leaders, problem-solvers, and changemakers today.

The Healing Arts Center · Belize

Healing Bodies. Transforming Lives.

June is envisioning a place where professional training, healing education, restorative care, and community can thrive together under one roof. Through The Healing Arts Center, she sees an opportunity to elevate the standard of massage therapy, hands-on healing, and wellness education in Belize while creating a destination where people come to learn, grow, and experience transformation. Her vision is one that brings together excellence in training with the power of human connection, creating a space where practitioners and clients alike can flourish.

At the heart of this vision is a deep commitment to healing. June imagines a sanctuary where women can set down the burdens they have been carrying, receive meaningful support, and begin the journey toward wholeness from the inside out. More than a training center or wellness facility, The Healing Arts Center is designed to be a place of restoration, empowerment, and renewal, strengthening individuals, families, and communities for generations to come.

Prof. Butler | Keynote Speaker

Protecting Creators. Strengthening Legacies.

Tonya is building work designed to help artists and music professionals understand the contracts they are being asked to sign and protect themselves before a bad deal changes the course of their careers. After more than three decades in the music industry and as a professor at Berklee College of Music, she has seen how often extraordinary talent and ambition are paired with limited access to the business knowledge needed to evaluate opportunities and negotiate from a position of strength.

Her next body of work is dedicated to closing that gap. Through education, speaking, and her forthcoming book, Tonya is making industry knowledge more accessible so that artists, songwriters, producers, and creative professionals can better understand the agreements they enter into and the long-term impact those decisions can have. By helping people recognize what they are signing, ask better questions, and advocate for their own interests, she is empowering a new generation of creators to build sustainable careers, protect their work, and shape their futures with confidence.
