Not just the strategy. The thing itself, built.
For the leader with an important next-step project, who does not need another plan to write later. You need a week to build it, and five months of someone making sure it holds.
Begin With a ConversationThree stages across five months. A blueprint to read the terrain, a week to build the work with you, and three months to carry it through launch.
One month to read the terrain. Four months to build and embed.
The Blueprint establishes what is actually happening and becomes the plan for your week in Belize. The onsite build turns that plan into real structures. The final three months carry the work through launch, so it holds long after the week ends.
Three phases. Discovery first, always.
It opens with a real read on your terrain, not a questionnaire. That blueprint becomes the plan for your week in Belize, where we build it together. The three months after carry it through launch so it holds once I leave.
The Blueprint
A 4P diagnosis of your terrain: People, Place, Process, Power. Discovery, not confirmation. What you walk in believing is treated as a hypothesis to test, so the week is built on what is real. It unfolds in four parts:
- The Groundwork. Guided reflection videos you move through first, surfacing not just the landscape but what has quietly been getting in the way. The internal patterns that keep good plans from moving.
- Clarity Session. A live read of your full landscape: the work, the responsibilities, the constraints, and the tension underneath this season.
- Strategy Mapping Session. We turn toward what you are building and get specific about its shape, so reflection becomes form.
- Review and Launch. Your written blueprint and starting direction, walked through live so nothing hard to receive lands without me there. This blueprint becomes the foundation for your week in Belize. Everything we surface here is what we build there.
The Build
The center of the container. Five private days of side-by-side building, working straight from your blueprint. We construct through the same four lenses we used to read your terrain:
- People. The relationships, roles, and team the work depends on, and who needs to be brought along.
- Place. Where the work sits in its real context, your institution, your field, your life, and how it holds there.
- Process. The systems, structures, and repeatable workflows that let the work run without you holding every piece.
- Power. The authority, decisions, and leadership the work runs on, made and documented, not deferred.
This is the week your project stops being an idea and becomes a thing you can hold.
The Becoming
Three months carrying the built work through its 90-day launch, while you grow into the leader running it:
- Six biweekly coaching calls across the ninety days, keeping the launch moving.
- Voxer access throughout for the decisions that come up between calls.
- Final polished deliverables, produced and delivered. Clean close at ninety days.
She came for one project. She left with two.
โVision and Impact is one of those programs that will really get you over the finish line.โ
Tonya came to Belize for a one-on-one intensive to take on a major new project. She left with a full proposal for that project, and an outline for an entire book she is writing, built across the same week.
The week is shaped to your project.
The deliverables are built to what you bring, not pulled from a template. Two examples of how a week takes form.
A major operational build
- The core project plan and architecture
- SOP library for the systems it depends on
- Stakeholder and relationship map
- Decision and authority structure
- Knowledge capture for what lives in your head
- A sequenced rollout and onboarding map
Building a major work, like a book
- Framework and central thesis
- Topic architecture
- Full chapter outline
- 90-day launch plan
- An optional sample chapter, drafted in the room
These are starting points, not menus. Your week is designed from what surfaces in your blueprint.
What happens after the build?
The deepest risk in any project is the gap between a strong week and a finished result. The Becoming is the ninety days that close it: six biweekly coaching calls and continuous Voxer access, carrying both the work and you forward until it holds on its own and the next version of your leadership is the one running it.
This is for the woman who is ready to build, not just to plan.
- She has an important next-step project in front of her, one that deserves real time and real presence to build well.
- She does not need more clarity about the direction. She needs the work constructed before the moment arrives.
- She has carried this project, this undertaking, this book, long enough to know it will not get built in the margins of her week.
- She is not in crisis. She is at a consequential build, and she wants it done well the first time.
- She wants a strategist in the room with her, not another document to act on alone.
I have spent my career building things with people, not for them.
For twenty-five years in higher education, and across more than a hundred institutions since, the work has always been the same at its core. Someone is carrying something they can feel but cannot yet construct. They do not need to be told it is possible. They need someone in the room who can help them build it.
The Blueprint was my answer for the leader who needs the chapter named. The Intensive is my answer for the leader who is past naming it. You know what is coming. You know the project in front of you and what it has to become. What you need now is the time, the structure, and the partner to make it real before the moment arrives.
That is what a week with me produces. Not a plan you will get to later. The work itself, built while we are together, and supported until it holds.
Warmly, Nicole
Frequently asked questions.
A strategy document names your next step and hands you a plan to act on yourself. The Intensive opens with a real read on the terrain, then goes much further: a full week in the room constructing the actual deliverables with you, and ninety days of support carrying the work into practice. A document gives you direction. The Intensive gives you the thing, made.
The Blueprint™ is the foundation of both. On its own, The Blueprint™ is a complete do-it-yourself product: you receive the 4P diagnostic, the written strategy, and a starter 90-day plan, then you execute it yourself. In The Intensive™, that diagnostic foundation is where we begin, not where we end. We take that groundwork into your week in Belize, build extensively on top of it, and construct a real, comprehensive 90-day launch plan together, then carry it through with coaching. Same foundation, far greater scope.
You need a clear sense of the project you are building, but not every detail of how. If you are still naming what is shifting, the better starting place is Visioning What's Next™ ($950), a private discernment container designed to help you name what is emerging. Many leaders move into The Intensive™ from there.
A real amount. The Becoming phase runs ninety days and includes six biweekly coaching calls, one every two weeks, plus continuous Voxer access between them. It is concentrated, consistent support precisely when execution is hardest, not occasional check-ins spread thin across the calendar.
The Groundwork reflection videos, a Clarity Session and Strategy Mapping Session, a written 4P blueprint and strategic direction delivered in a Review and Launch session, five days of onsite building in Belize with daily lunch included, your core deliverables and a comprehensive 90-day launch plan built to your project, a ninety-day launch phase with six biweekly coaching calls and Voxer access, and the final polished versions of everything we make.
The investment covers the professional engagement. Travel and lodging for the onsite week are arranged separately, so the location and accommodations can be set to fit the work and your preferences.
Yes. The Intensive is frequently funded as professional development or project support, and I provide a proposal suited to institutional procurement. Payment plans are also available. Reach out and we will find the right structure.
You already know what you need to build.
The Intensive is the week, and the five months around it, where it stops being something you are carrying and becomes something you have made.
