Day Two

Revelation

Who am I underneath all of this?

Total time ยท ~90 minutes ยท 5 sections

Re-entering the space

You came back. That matters more than you know.

Before we begin today, return to the same space you created on Day One. Same candle. Same cozy. Same journal. The ritual is not decoration โ€” it is the signal to your nervous system that this time belongs to you.

Your return ritual
Relight your candle
Wrap yourself in your blanket or put on your cozy sweater
Pour something warm to drink
Put your phone away
Open your journal โ€” read back what you wrote on Day One, slowly
Take three breaths. Notice what's still with you from yesterday.

When you feel settled and present, scroll down and press play.

What is a Whispered Bio?

Yesterday you looked at the bio you've been performing. Today Nicole introduces the other one โ€” the bio underneath, the one that holds what you've survived, what you're still carrying, and what you care about so much it scares you.

Video ยท What is a Whispered Bio?

Keep your journal open when this video ends. The exercise below begins the moment you're ready.

Writing the Whispered Bio

This is the heart of the retreat. Everything we've done has been leading here.

The Whispered Bio is the bio no one ever asks you for. The one that doesn't have to impress a committee, justify your seat, or hide the cost. It starts with one simple sentence starter โ€” and then you write whatever comes.

Your sentence starter
"I am a woman whoโ€ฆ"

Begin every sentence with this. Write as many as you need. Don't stop to edit. Don't stop to evaluate. Just write what is true.

Your Whispered Bio might include any of the following โ€” or none of them. Let what's yours come forward.

What you've survived โ€” the things that shaped you that never make it into a professional bio
What you're still carrying โ€” the weight that's present even on your best days
What you care about so much it scares you โ€” the things you protect by not saying them out loud
The promises you've made to yourself โ€” the ones you haven't kept yet, and the ones you have
Who you are when no one is watching โ€” the version of you that exists before the role, after the meeting, outside the performance

"Take as long as you need. There is no timer here. Nicole is sitting with you in the silence of this โ€” even if you can't feel it. Write until you stop. Then write one more line."

โ€” Nicole

When you have written everything that needs to come out โ€” not everything you could write, but everything that needs to โ€” move to the reflection section below.

What did you find?

Before you move on โ€” read back what you just wrote. Slowly. All the way through. Out loud if you can, even in a whisper.

Hearing your own words is different from reading them. Let them land. Then respond to one or both of these prompts in your journal.

Journal prompts ยท write freely, don't edit
01 What surprised you? What came out that you didn't expect โ€” a sentence, a word, a truth you've been holding quietly for a long time?
02 What does this version of you need that the public version of you hasn't been giving her?

You don't have to answer both. Go where you're pulled. Stay there as long as you need.

When you feel complete for today, watch Nicole close out Day Two.

Closing Day Two

What you wrote tonight is real. Watch this before you close your journal.

Before you go

Guard what you wrote. This is not content for anyone else right now โ€” it's yours. You don't need to share it, explain it, or make it make sense yet.

Close your journal. Blow out your candle. Let the evening be quiet.

Day Three is the last day โ€” and it's the one that changes how you move forward. It will be waiting when you're ready.

Community prompt โ€” share when you're ready

"Share one line from your Whispered Bio โ€” just one. Only if you feel ready."

When you're ready to continue

Take me to Day Three

Let today settle first. Day Three will be here when you return.
