Returning one last time

This is the last day of your retreat. You have shown up three times — for yourself, in your own space, doing honest and necessary work. That is not a small thing.

Return to your space one final time. The energy of today is different — Days One and Two asked you to look inward and excavate. Today faces forward.

Your final arrival ritual
Light your candle one last time
Wrap yourself in your blanket or cozy sweater
Pour something warm to drink
Put your phone away
Open your journal to your Whispered Bio — the one you wrote on Day Two
Take three slow breaths. You made it here. Let that be enough for right now.

When you're settled, scroll down and press play.

Nicole welcomes you to Day Three

Today Nicole shifts the energy — from excavation to declaration. Watch before beginning the exercise below.

When you're ready, move to the declaration exercise below.

Reading it out loud

Open your journal to your Whispered Bio. The one you wrote on Day Two.

Now read it out loud — to yourself, in your retreat space, with no one listening. Not as a performance. Not as a presentation. Just your own voice, speaking your own truth back to yourself.

The invitation
"Hearing your own words in your own voice is different from reading them silently. Don't rush through this. Let each sentence land before you move to the next one. You are the first audience this version of you has ever had."

— Read slowly. Pause when something moves you. Start again if you need to.

When you have finished reading — sit with it for a moment before moving on. Don't analyze. Don't edit. Just let it be what it is.

The forward question

This is the bridge between what you discovered and what you do with it. The question that makes the retreat actionable — not as a task list, but as a way of moving through the world differently.

Write as long as this takes. There is no right answer — only your honest one.

Journal prompts · write freely, don't edit
01 What would change about how I lead, how I make decisions, how I show up — if I led from the woman in my Whispered Bio instead of the woman in my public bio?
02 What is one thing I am ready to stop pretending — about my role, my institution, my next chapter, or myself?
03 What does the woman in my Whispered Bio need me to do next?

You don't have to answer all three. Go where you're pulled. The one that feels hardest is usually the one that matters most.

When you feel complete, watch Nicole close out the retreat.

Three days. You showed up for all of them. Watch this last.

Before you go

Close your journal. Blow out your candle with intention — as a closing, not as a task. This retreat is complete.

What you did over these three days will keep working in you. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to keep listening to the woman you found in here.

She has been waiting a long time for your attention. Don't make her wait again.

Community prompt — share when you're ready

"You made it. What are you taking with you from these three days?"
