How it works

Bi-monthly live sessions — every other week, Nicole facilitates a guided conversation inside one of the six themes. You bring what’s alive for you. The group holds it together.

Community space always open — between sessions, the conversation continues. Share what surfaced. Ask the question you haven’t said out loud yet. Read what other women are working through.

Four times a year, we take this work somewhere extraordinary.

A one-week intensive in San Pedro, Belize. The same themes we work with in the community — fears, barriers, identity, and the next chapter — explored in depth, in person, with the women you’ve been building with all year.

The community prepares you for the retreat. The retreat transforms what you bring back.
